www.e-fokas.gr is an online shop of Fokas Leather Furniture, based in Thessaloniki. Before proceeding to your purchase we invite you to consult the terms of use and make sure you agree with them.
www.e-fokas.gr reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms of use, without the customer’s prior notice. Customers of www.e-fokas.gr become those who register with the “New Customer” option on the Login page.
Terms:
The customer using the unique combination of the user name and the password has the following capabilities:
- View contents in their shopping cart. Customer may purchase products for which at any time (giving username and password) are possible to review, or change (delete items, change quantities) their contentes.
- Check the progress of their order, as well as the orders they have previously made from the online shop.
The data requested during registration are: Name, Surname, Company name, Activity, Address, Postcode, City-area, Country, Telephone, Fax, E-mail address.
The collection of personal data is necessary in order to support their transactions through the site, to send their purchases and receive special services such as order history, address list etc.
www.e-fokas.gr does not disclose the details of your customers and their transactions, unless they have written authorization from you or are required by a court order or decision of another public authority.
Payment methods
Bank account transfer.
You can transfer money for your orders in one of our company accounts. The company has nothing to do with your personal information other than invoice and shipping.
